Maintenance
We will paint/touch up paint, carpet clean or replace, repair any maintenance issues, and clean.
Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to our residents.
You use the resident portal to submit a work order or call the office during business hours and we will submit it for you.
Most of our service technicians are first or second level educated on all maintenance issues. If they cannot repair or replace we will call out a third party vendor.
No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to perfom any work.
If it is during business hours, come to the office and present proper ID or call the office and follow the prompts for our emergency maintenance. A service techinician will make contact.
Small nail holes are acceptable, anything larger would be charged.
Amenities
Our community offers an outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness center, outdoor fire pit, dog park, jogging trails, and clubhouse with Wi-Fi among the amenities available to our residents.
The pool closes in October usually after the first snow and re-opens in May. The decks are open all year around from 10 am to 10 pm.
Yes, it is on a first come first served basis.
The pet deposits are $300 per pet (one time), pet fee $250 (one time) per pet and $40 per pet (per month).
Our community provides a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer set in each apartment.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments but can refer you to a third party.
Yes, we offer short term lease with a premium. Please inquire.
Yes, we do offer corporate leases. Please inquire.
No, we do not currently hold packages in the office.
Admin
We will make an appointment for you or help you if you walk in.
It usually takes 72 hours for us to get your information back but sometimes it is faster than 72 hours.
You would pay your prorated rent, security deposit, adminstration fee, application fee and pet fees, if you have them.
You can pay online through RentCafé, our resident portal (via our website) or if you need to pay in cash, you can use our Walk In Payment Service through local stores. Please inquire.
Yes, in addition to your monthly rent you would pay a proration of common area utilities, a damage waiver fee and pet rent if you have pets.
We offer the damage waiver, so renter's insurance is not required.
We do not inculde any utilities in your monthly rent. You will be charged seperately for utilities.

Xfinity and Century Link are available internet and cable companies.
Yes, please let us know so we can send them a referral fee.
Your lease states that you can have a guest for a maximum of 14 days before they are no longer considered a guest.
Unfortunately we cannot transfer security deposits. Security deposits stay with the unit not the person.
No, we do not allow subletting.
Currently we offer a liquidated damage fee that is equal to one months rent and a 60 day notice is reqired, as well.
Applicants must have a total household gross monthly income that is equal to or greater than 2x the monthly rent.
Location/Directions
There is currently a busline that is located on 10th Avenue.
Our community is located near Flatirons Mall, North Foothills, Hwy 36, and Hwy 287.
Deer Crest Apartments is part of Boulder Valley School District.
City of Broomfield has a bike trail that runs parallel to our community.
We are off North Foothills Hwy 36 and Hwy 287.
The closest cross street would be Hwy 287 and 10th Avenue.

This is a peaceful, lovely complex with well maintained grounds and amenities. Management is very attentive to tenant needs. Neighbors are quiet and respectful for the most part.
